Office of the Mayor
The Mayor of the City of Pueblo is the Chief Executive Officer of the municipal corporation and is responsible for enforcement of the laws and ordinances of the City of Pueblo, for the appointment, suspension, or removal of all employees (subject to Civil Service provisions), for the preparation of the annual budget, and the financial operation of the city.

Aviation
Pueblo Memorial Airport is situated 6 miles east of downtown Pueblo, Colorado on the dynamic Front Range. It offers commercial flights everyday and an impressive airfield capable of handling virtually any size aircraft.

City Clerk
The mission of the City Clerk’s Office is to aid the City’s Liquor, Marijuana, and Tobacco retailers in the attainment and sustainment of their licenses through robust support and thorough explanations of process, and to support government transparency for the citizens of Pueblo through record-keeping, oversight of local elections, and service as the Clerk of City Council.

Civil Service
Under the direction of the Civil Service Commission, the primary functions of the Civil Service Department are to recruit, develop, and administer examinations for all classified positions for the City of Pueblo.

Finance
The Finance Department is the primary activity under the supervision of the director of finance.

Sales Tax Division
The Sales Tax Division is a section of the Finance Department and provides citizens with the tools to interact with city sales tax such as providing a tax guide or a citizen portal for filing returns, remitting taxes, and renewing licenses.

The Pueblo Fire Department is committed to providing the highest level of Fire and Rescue services to City of Pueblo and our community following laws, safety practices, and professional standards.

Fleet Maintenance
The Fleet Maintenance Department provides quality repair and maintenance services to 38 city departments and 857 city-owned vehicles.

The mission of the Law Department is to provide quality legal services to the city in accordance with City Charter requirements.

Municipal Court
The Pueblo Municipal Court is the court created by the Charter for the City of Pueblo. It has exclusive original jurisdiction over all causes of action arising under the charter and the ordinances of the City of Pueblo.

Planning & Community Development
The mission of the Planning and Community Development is to lead the way on the design and implementation of community investment capital projects approved by City Council to meet the future needs of the community and improve neighborhoods, preserve and enhance Pueblo's unique quality of life by administering the city's comprehensive plan and enforcing land use regulations in a timely and consistent manner, and provide professional technical support to the city's elected officials in reaching their decisions on land use development proposals.

Purchasing
The Purchasing Department is the central buying agency for the City of Pueblo and is responsible for the procurement of goods and services in accordance with the City Charter and the city's purchasing policies and procedures.

Stormwater Utility
The mission of the Stormwater Utility Division is to provide services necessary to meet requirements of the Clean Water Act and to implement all required provisions of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Phase II Program.
