Identifying the City's Current & Future Needs
The City of Pueblo maintains a 5-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) that is updated annually. The initial year of the plan, which is also the next fiscal year of the city, is adopted and approved by the City Council as a component of the annual budget. The CIP focuses on 3 main things - capital improvements, capital outlays, and capital projects - and represents the intent of the City Council and city staff to plan prudently for necessary capital improvements.
Please note: Starting in 2018, the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) is included in the Budget document.
