Health and Safety Rules
- Use the dog park at your own risk.
- Owners are legally responsible for the behavior of their dogs at all times.
- Dogs must be leashed while entering and exiting the park.
- Dog waste must be cleaned up by their owners IMMEDIATELY.
- Owners must be within the dog park and supervising their dog with leash readily available.
- Dog handlers must be at least 18 years of age.
- Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older and supervised at all times.
- Aggressive dogs must be removed IMMEDIATELY.
- Dogs should be under voice control at all times.
- Dog bites to people that break the skin must be reported immediately to Pueblo Animal Control at (719) 544-3005 and the Park Ranger on duty at (719) 553-2700 by anyone involved or witnessing the bite. (City Ordinance Sec. 11-4-12)
- Violators are subject to removal from the facility by Park Rangers and are subject to fines. All users must abide by posted rules. (City Ordinance Sec. 10-1-3)
