Any community partner with an existing on-premise Genetec Security Center System, or one they wish to purchase, can connect their system to the RTCC using Genetec Federation Services. Community partners should contact the Genetec integrator to obtain information and costs associated with this solution as it will require a shared-hosted Genetec Security Center as a Service (SC-SaaS) system in the cloud. 
Accessing Video During Incident Response
- Allows the RTCC investigator to access specific live and recorded video footage at the participant’s location.
- There are two ways for the RTCC staff to gain access to your video cameras:
- Username and Password: Participants can provide the Pueblo Police Department with a username and password for their camera system. This enables RTCC investigators to access the system directly as needed.
- Federation: This option enables direct integration of your cameras directly into the RTCC. This may require additional software to complete this connection. Your Genetec integrator will assist you with this method.
- Participants must complete an Acknowledgement Agreement with the Pueblo Police Department. This agreement can be found below.
- Participants must contact a Genetec system integrator to define requirements and obtain solution pricing.
- All costs associated with integration of their on-premise or purchase Genetec solution are the sole responsibility of the participant.
Please note: RTCC staff is not actively monitoring your security camera system in real time. This setup only gives access to your cloud video as needed to effectively investigate a crime in your area.
