Golf Courses

Walking Stick and Elmwood Golf Courses offer more playable days a year than many of their competitors!

Both courses offer "Stay and Play" packages in conjunction with local area hotels. For more information or to reserve a Tee Time, please call the pro-shop at either course.

Elmwood Golf Course

Elmwood Golf Course is rated one of the best conditioned city owned golf courses in the state. Elmwood Golf Course originated in the early 1900's and has recently undergone a two million dollar renovation and redesign. This golf course features a driving range, two putting greens and a chipping green. The 18-hole course is a par-70 that plays between 5,343 and 6,624 yards depending on tee location.

Elmwood's Executive Nine Hole Golf Course is a par-30 at 2,119 yards. It also has a putting green.

The thousands of trees that line this course have given this course its new name (formally City Park Golf Course). Elmwood Golf Course is a full service golf course, featuring a pro shop and a restaurant.

Walking Stick Golf Course

Walking Stick Golf Course was rated 4-stars by Golf Digest Magazine. It has also been rated as “Colorado's best golf value”. This course was named the 2nd "Best in State" by "Golf Digest" in 1993.

Additionally, "Golf Digest" rated this course as the 10th best under the category of "America's Top 75 Affordable Courses" in their 1996 list of "America's Best Golf Courses Everyone Can Play."

Walking Stick Golf Course is a full service course, which features both a restaurant and a pro shop. The 18-hole course is a par-72 that plays between 5,181 and 7,147 yards depending on tee location. This facility can accommodate any of your tournament needs.

There have been numerous major tournaments hosted at Walking Stick including:
