“Drop Box"for City of Pueblo Finance Business placed at City Hall

The City of Pueblo has placed a “Drop Box” at City Hall so that customers can simply drop off communication, tax payments or any other city related documents to ensure social distancing is followed as recommended by the CDC. The Drop Box is in City Hall on the 1st floor.

Also, the following methods can be utilized for filing and paying taxes: 

• Online portal can be https://salestaxonline.pueblo.us/citizenaccess The portal will allow you to pay statement balances, file returns as well as making payments online. If you have any issues with creating an account or navigating the system please phone 719.553.2659 or email salestax@pueblo.us.
• Staff is also prepared to take credit card payments over the phone for tax remittance which will require you to email the return to salestax@pueblo.us.
  
  Finance Payments such as lien payments, Crywolf alarm billings and other City of Pueblo Invoices can be paid over the phone by calling (719) 553-2625.
