Free Tours

The City of Pueblo James R. DiIorio Water Reclamation Facility offers tours on a case-by-case basis for schools, businesses, community groups and members of the public by appointment. Tours can be scheduled on weekdays from 9am-4pm. Call 719-553-2880 to schedule a tour.

Tour Specifics 

Tours length can be adjusted to meet the needs of the group but ideally plan a minimum of one hour to complete. Children must be 10 or older for school tours. Younger school age children may be accommodated by appointment if accompanied by parents.

Tour Safety

Treatment plants are functioning industrial sites in operation 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Sturdy closed shoes and socks, and long pants are required for both your safety and comfort. No flip-flops, sandals, clogs, open toed shoes, shorts, or skirts.

Special Needs

These tours involve quite a bit of walking and climbing of stairs. We have no facilities for, and cannot accommodate young children, infants, or strollers.
