Lil' Sluggers Youth T ball
Lil' Sluggers Youth T-ball develops the primary baseball skills of hitting, base running, fielding, throwing and a basic understanding of the fundamental rules. Teams will play six (6) games in this fun, coed, non-competitive league. Parental involvement is highly encouraged. Volunteer coaches are needed. A jersey and ball cap are provided.
Age divisions: Coed, 4-5 and 6-7

Late Registration: May 11 - May 18, 2026

Season: Monday, June 8 - Thursday, July 16, 2026
Games will be played Monday - Thursday evenings.
- Mandatory Coaches meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 by ZOOM at 5pm. The sports coordinator will contact coaches with details. Coaches will receive league rules, rosters and game schedule.
- Parent's meeting by ZOOM on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 6pm. Please watch your email you used for registration for instructions. Parents will receive information about the upcoming season and have the opportunity to ask questions.
Registrations will determine days/time of games.

How to Become a Volunteer Coach
Pueblo Parks and Recreation will be seeking volunteer coaches for all youth sports. To become a volunteer coach, all coaches must turn in a background check, volunteer contract, coach certification test and concussion test and must be approved by Pueblo Parks and Recreation. All coaches must attend a coaches meeting to receive season information.
- All coaches must submit all required documents to Pueblo Parks and Recreation prior to coaching. If your paperwork is NOT on file, you are not a coach.
Parks Athletic League Summer Baseball
The Pueblo Parks and Recreation Department would like to invite your child to become part of this fun and engaging summer program in the Historic Bessemer area. Trained staff, along with members of the Pueblo Bandits Fast Pitch Men’s Softball Team, will supervise this program. Participants must sign-up beginning on the first day and registration will continue throughout the duration of the program. A waiver and program registration form must be signed and returned by participants and their parents/guardians. FREE t-Shirt and hat included.
