LAP SWIM

LAP SWIM June 8 to August 27, 2020

Swimming is defined to be a very healthy activity that can be continued through most of an individual's life, due to its low impact on joints, muscles, and bones. The health benefits associated with swimming are worth the effort to give it a try if you haven't already! Swimming works practically every muscle in the body (dependent on the variety of strokes you do). Regular lap swimming can develop and maintain an individual's general strength, cardiovascular fitness, and endurance.

Mineral Palace Park Pool MORNING LAP SWIMMING: Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 11:00am
EVENING LAP SWIMMING: Monday through Thursday 6:00pm to 8:00pm 
DROP-IN ADMISSION   
All Ages $2.50 per participant                                    
SWIM PASSES   
All Ages                                $50.00                                                                          
Good for 20 pool admissions
Passes can be used for any Public Open Swim, Family Swim, Lap Swim or Water Aerobics class.
