This plan summarizes the master planning process for Pueblo City Park and the Arkansas River Corridor. These concepts provide a 10-to-15-year vision for the 200-acre project site, prioritizing safe access, improved circulation, and the enhancement of the trail system and existing amenities like Waterworks Park.
