Board and Commission Tool Kit

The City of Pueblo's PEAC (Pueblo Engaged Advocates for Community) Boards & Commission program aims to equip members and chairs with the tools needed to be an effective member and run an effective board or commission.

Each member of a Mayor-appointed board or commission has the valuable opportunity for genuine public service, and we thank you for your contribution. The specific duties of each board and commission vary widely, and members should become familiar with their board or commission’s rules and procedures. These following guidance and best practices will assist you in maximizing your contribution to our community.
