Application Process for Certificate of Appropriateness

Standards of Appropriateness for Alteration, New Construction, Reconstruction, Restoration, Rehabilitation and Relocation of Pueblo’s Historic Landmarks and Districts, adopted in 2005 by the City Council.

While we typically refer to the Standards of Appropriateness, for cases pertaining to H-B zoned properties, particularly Union Avenue Historic District, we may also refer to the Pueblo Historic Business District Guidelines, adopted in 2001 by the City Council.
