The Pueblo City Council from time to time seeks volunteers interested in serving on the Pueblo Historic Preservation Commission (HPC). Please inquire if there are appointments available to serve four-year terms.
The HPC are professionals in preservation-related disciplines such as architecture, landscape architecture, architectural history, archaeology, history, planning, American studies, American civilization, cultural geography or cultural anthropology. Tenants or real property owners from the Historic Business Zone District are encouraged to apply. For specific information regarding this board please contact HPC Staff at HPC@Pueblo.us or 719-553-2259.
Volunteers must be residents of the City of Pueblo for one (1) year prior to appointment and may be interviewed by the City Council.
An application for membership may be obtained in the Office of the Mayor and is available online from Pueblo.us.
