About the Board The HARP Foundation Board of Directors fulfills the following functions:
Controls and directs the affairs of the Foundation
Determines its policies or changes therein within the limits of the By-Laws
Promotes and preserves contributions and funding to assist in the planning, construction and maintenance of the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo.
