Construction Plans - Phase I 

The Planning and Community Services Department worked in conjunction with the Public Works Department and Storm Water Utility Division on finalizing the completion of the Lake Minnequa Park and Open Space Improvements during 2010.

The storm water and park improvements - including storm water ponds, drainage improvements, picnic areas, playgrounds, shelters, outdoor basketball courts, and a trail around the lake - were completed by Golden Triangle Construction at a cost of $3.6-million.
