
The Pueblo Police Department serves as part of The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (Denver) team consisting of federal, state, and local law enforcement called “The FBI Southern Colorado Safe Streets Task Force” in an effort to identify, apprehend and prosecute violent criminals located within our communities.
This week we are attempting to locate:
Chelsea Horne, 31, is described as a White female, 5’06” tall, 145 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. Horn has been featured on the Safe Streets Wanted Program for the third time. She has a warrant for Robbery – Extortion-Invoking Action of a Third Party and Attempted Aggravated Robbery with the Intent to Kill / Maim with a Weapon. Her bond is $3,000.
Joshua Riddock, 27, is described as a White male, 6’00” tall, 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Riddock has been featured twice on the Safe Streets Wanted Program. He has a warrant for Robbery - Extortion-Invoking Action of a Third Party and Attempted Aggravated Robbery with the Intent to Kill / Maim with a Weapon, Illegal Weapon Possession, Felony Menacing with a Real / Simulated Weapon and Criminal Mischief. He has a second warrant for Assault – Felony Menacing with a Real / Simulated Weapon, Reckless Driving and Driving Under Restraint. His total bond is $5,000.
