
The Pueblo Police Department serves as part of The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (Denver) team consisting of federal, state, and local law enforcement called “The FBI Southern Colorado Safe Streets Task Force” in an effort to identify, apprehend and prosecute violent criminals located within our communities.
This week we are attempting to locate:
Billy Soto, 34, is described as a Hispanic male, 5’05” tall, 165 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Soto has three warrants for Failure to Appear which include the following charges and a total bond of $13,000.

| - Carrying a Concealed Weapon knife/Gun

Andrew Lagunas, 25, is described as a Hispanic male, 6’00” tall, 170 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. Lagunas has a no-bond warrant for a Parole Violation which includes Weapon Offense – Illegal Discharge of a Firearm. He has a second warrant for Failure to Appear – Weapon Offense which includes Possession of a Weapon by a Previous Offender and Violation of a Protection Order. His bond is $50,000.
