
The Pueblo Police Department serves as part of The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (Denver) team consisting of federal, state, and local law enforcement called “The FBI Southern Colorado Safe Streets Task Force” in an effort to identify, apprehend and prosecute violent criminals located within our communities.
This week we are attempting to locate:
Victor Roybal, 31, is described as a Hispanic male, 5’10” tall, 160 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Roybal has a no-bond warrant for a Parole Violation which includes Burglary, Aggravated Motor Vehicle Theft, Motor Vehicle Theft, Robbery, Possession of a Controlled Substance - Schedule I, II or Flun/Ket, Attempted Escape while in Custody x2, Possession of a Weapon by a Previous Offender (POWPO) and First-Degree Possession – Contraband.
Robert Arnold, 35, is described as a White male, 5’09” tall, 140 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Arnold has a no-bond warrant for a Parole Violation which includes Fraud – Impersonation, Identity Theft, Vehicular Eluding, Possession of a Financial Device – Two or More Devices and Theft.
