
The Pueblo Police Department serves as part of The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (Denver) team consisting of federal, state, and local law enforcement called “The FBI Southern Colorado Safe Streets Task Force” in an effort to identify, apprehend and prosecute violent criminals located within our communities.
This week we are attempting to locate:
Ricardo Martinez, 25, is described as a Hispanic male, 5’08” tall, 155 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Martinez has a no-bond warrant for a Parole Violation which includes Aggravated Motor Vehicle Theft, Vehicular Eluding, and Possession of a Weapon by a Previous Offender (POWPO). He has a second warrant for Dangerous Drugs which includes Possession of a Controlled Substance – Fentanyl, Illegal Weapon – Possession, Violation of a Protection Order – Criminal and Unauthorized Absence. His bond is $5,000.
Raythen Guerra, 30, is described as a Hispanic male, 5’05” tall, 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Guerra has a no-bond warrant for a Parole Violation which includes Assault, Menacing, Possession of a Weapon by a Previous Offender x2, Possession I-II Flun/Ket x2 and Criminal Impersonation. He has a second warrant for Failure to Appear which includes Obstructing a Peace Officer. His bond is $400.
