
The Southern Colorado Safe Streets Task Force is attempting to locate two wanted street criminals.
Timothy Montoya (36) is described as a Hispanic male, 5’10” tall, 220 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Montoya has a warrant for Assault. He has a second warrant for Failure to Appear – Traffic Offense which includes Vehicular Eluding and Driving While Ability Impaired. His total bond amount is $35,000.
Alvin Rojas (39) is described as a Hispanic male, 5’04” tall, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Rojas has a no-bond warrant for a Parole Violation – Traffic Offense which includes Aggravated Motor Vehicle Theft and Vehicular Eluding.
