
The Southern Colorado Safe Streets Task Force is attempting to locate two wanted street criminals.
Frank Cifredo (30) is described as a Hispanic male, 6’04” tall, between 200 - 250 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Cifredo has four warrants. His first warrant is for Aggravated Motor Vehicle Theft. His second warrant is for Robbery. His third warrant is for Failure to Comply which includes Possession of a Controlled Substance and his fourth warrant is for a Traffic Offense which includes Eluding a Police Officer and Reckless Driving. His total bond amount is $35,500.
Walter Kelly (45) is described as a Hispanic male, 5’08” tall, 195 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Kelly has a warrant for Fraud – Impersonation which includes Criminal Impersonation – Cause Liability. He has a no-bond warrant for a Traffic Offense – Vehicular Eluding. His bond amount is $5,000.
