The Southern Colorado Safe Streets Task Force is attempting to locate two wanted street criminals.
Darian Cruz (18) is described as a Black male, 5’06” tall, 114 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Cruz has a Felony no-bond warrant for Assault – Felony Menacing with a Real/Simulated Weapon. He has a second warrant for Crimes Against Person which includes: Harassment – Strike/Shove/Kick, Assault 3 – Known Reckless Cause Injury and Trespass 1 – Auto with Intent to Commit Crime. His bond is $5,000.
Lorenzo Duarte (18) is described as a Hispanic male, 5’05” tall, 185 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Duarte has a Felony no-bond warrant for Homicide – Murder 1 – After Deliberation. He has a second Felony no-bond warrant for Failure to Appear which includes Assault 1 – Prohibited Use – Reckless with a Gun, Reckless Endangerment and Criminal Mischief.
