
The Southern Colorado Safe Streets Task Force is attempting to locate two wanted street criminals.
Cesar Castillo (32) is described as a White male, 5’07” tall, 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Castillo has a warrant for Failure to Appear for Burglary 2 – Theft from a Retailer. His second warrant is for Contempt of Court – Theft from the Person Charge Added for Plea Agreement Purposes. Cesar’s third warrant is for Failure to Comply – Burglary 2 – Theft from Retailer. Castillo’s total bond amount is $21,500.
Mercedes Bennett (26) is described as a White female, 5’05” tall, 120 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. She has two warrants for Failure to Appear which includes, Dangerous Drugs – Possession of a Controlled Substance Scheduled I, II, III, IV, V and Fraud Insufficient Funds Check – Fraud/Check-Account Closed/Not Exist and Fraud by Check Series - $300 - $750. Her total bond amount is $20,000.
