The next of kin have been notified, the name of the victim of today’s homicide is 64 year old Michael Richards. Arrests were made; the two under arrest is 54 year old Richard Sheppard and 55 year old Hugh Smith. Both are local and were residing in the transient camp mentioned in the earlier release. Investigation continues.
