On Thursday, November 2, 2023, at approximately 1:33 a.m., Pueblo Police received information about a motor vehicle theft around Ramsgate Place. The caller reported their vehicle stolen.
Pueblo police were able to determine the suspects were involved in several motor vehicle thefts the night of November 1st into the early morning of November 2nd, in which the suspects were doing drive-by shootings at several addresses shortly after stealing these vehicles.
Three juvenile males were arrested after a vehicle pursuit which ended after the suspects crashed a stolen vehicle near the intersection of Bonforte Boulevard and Constitution Road. Officers located a rifle and two handguns on scene.
Suspect #1 was arrested on charges of Attempted Murder x9, Possession of a Weapon by Previous Offender, Felony Eluding, and Motor Vehicle Theft x3.
Suspect #2 was arrested on charges of Attempted Murder X9, and Motor Vehicle Theft x3.
Suspect #3 was arrested on charges of Attempted Murder X9, and Motor Vehicle Theft x3.
