
The Southern Colorado Safe Streets Task Force is attempting to locate two wanted street criminals.
Joshua Cortez (33) is described as a Hispanic male, 5’04” tall, 135 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Cortez has a no-bond warrant for a Parole Violation – Traffic Offense, Misdemeanor, Vehicular Assault – Under the Influence of Alcohol / Drugs, Attempted Escape while in Custody Held for / or Charged with Criminal Possession of Financial Device – 2 or More Devices and Possession of a Weapon by a Previous Offender.
Lee Heredia (48) is described as a Hispanic male, 5’08” tall, 185 pounds, with a brown hair and brown eyes. Heredia has a no-bond warrant for a Parole Violation which includes a Traffic Offense – DUI. He has a second warrant for Failure to Appear – Contempt of Court which includes Violation of a Protection Order – Criminal. His total bond amount is $1,500.
