Includes accessory structures which are attached to the home
Addition Application: Required when applying for a building permit for an addition to a residential home for the purposes of living space, such as a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, or similar room. Does not include the addition of a garage or carport, even if attached to the home
Single Family Home Application: Required when applying for a building permit to construct a new, single family home. Also required when installing a manufactured home which is not located in a mobile home park
Awnings Projecting Over Right-of-Way Application: Required when applying for a building permit to install an awning that will overhang the right-of-way, which is only supported by the building
Demolition Application: Required when applying for a building permit to demolish a building, or a portion of a building
Manufactured Home Supplement: In addition to the Single Family Home Application, this Supplement is required when applying for a building permit to install a double-wide manufactured home on a residential lot (not in a mobile home park)
Mobile Home Application: Required when applying for a building permit to install a mobile home in a mobile home park
