The Pueblo Police Department serves as part of The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (Denver) team consisting of federal, state, and local law enforcement called “The FBI Southern Colorado Safe Streets Task Force” in an effort to identify, apprehend and prosecute violent criminals located within our communities.
This week we are attempting to locate:
Nathaniel Encinias, 27, is described as a Hispanic male, 5’11” tall, 218 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Encinias has a warrant for Failure to Comply which includes Aggravated Motor Vehicle Theft. He has a second warrant for Contempt of Court which includes Felony Menacing with a Real/Simulated Weapon. His bond is $10,000.
Elena Madrid, 24, is described as a Hispanic female, 5’00” tall, 250 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Madrid has two warrants for Failure to Appear which include Aggravated Motor Vehicle Theft and Larceny. Her total bond amount is $30,000.
