  1. Neuropong at the YMCA of Pueblo

    Neuropong at the YMCA of Pueblo is a FREE public table tennis exercise program supporting people experiencing cognitive decline and neurodegenerative disorders like Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Multiple Sclerosis and ADHD. Neuropong is both fun and supportive! Program Goals are: achieve improvement in motor function and disability status in people with Multiple Sclerosis, achieve improvement in both motor and non-motor symptoms in people with Parkinson's Disease, and avoid further mental decline, without the use of medications, in people with mild cognitive impairment. No equipment needed! Wear comfortable clothes and shoes to move around in. There is NO FEE for Neuropong. No reservations are required to attend the sessions.
