Years of remodeling are now complete, and City Hall will soon be reoccupied.
The offices of the City Manager, City Clerk, Finance and Sales Tax will begin moving back to City Hall starting on Friday, December 11th, from several locations around the city to their remodeled home at City Hall.
“We are very excited about moving back to City Hall,” says City Manager Sam Azad. “We’ve been away from the building for over five years, and now we will be able to continue providing excellent service to our community, but from one location.”
Departments will be moving from December 11th to December 18th.
Although the move is a major undertaking, Azad emphasizes that city services will continue to be available. No offices will close and staff is prepared to do its very best to provide uninterrupted service to the citizens of Pueblo. Azad does ask the public to be patient, though, as the move takes place.
For more information about the office relocations please visit the city website at www.pueblo.us or call 719-553-2655. Flyers will be posted on the doors of the current Finance office at 150 Central Main Street and the City Clerk’s office at 200 S. Main Street once the offices have moved giving the new address of One City Hall Place.
