The Technical Support Division is responsible for:

  • Application systems support
  • File and application server support
  • Helpdesk analysis and support
  • Imaging system support
  • Networking - fiber and copper network infrastructure
  • PC hardware installation and repair
  • PC software installation and support
  • Security and business continuation - firewalls, anti-virus protection, and access monitoring
  • Telephone system support - Analog, digital, and VoIP
  • Third-party application software and hardware systems support
