What does the Police Department do about graffiti?
Officers and volunteers alike take reports and bring incidents of graffiti to the attention of property owners on a continual basis. On the graffiti removal side, the Pueblo Municipal Court Community Service program assists victims by helping remove graffiti. They are notified of graffiti through the graffiti hotline at 719-553-2501, by email or phone from other city departments or in person at the Municipal Court.

The order of priority for removal is as follows:
1) Public property (City Owned)
2) Private Property (elderly & disabled)
3) Private Property with significant public exposure
4) All private property as time permits.

To remove graffiti from private property, the program must have a release of liability form signed by the owner of the property
