What is the next step if a property owner does not clean up the property?: First, an Order to Correct is posted on the property. The property owner then has 10 days to get the property cleaned. If the property isn’t cleaned up then, the Code Enforcement Cleanup Crew will abate the property, and a lien will be placed against the property.
