Hello Pueblo Businesses,

Enclosed you will find a proposed map for the Liquor Entertainment District for public discussion on Tuesday, December 14th at 2 p.m., at City Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, 1 City Hall Place. We will be accepting public comment and feedback regarding the map at the Tuesday meeting, and encourage the public to attend. In particular, we are looking for feedback from businesses that may be located in or around the proposed downtown District.

Please note that the City Council Chambers currently comply with social distancing requirements, which limits seating and standing room to 31 members of the public. A signup sheet will be available for participants who would like to speak. The meeting will also be conducted through the Zoom video conferencing platform, allowing for remote access. You may contact the City Clerk's office on the day of the meeting at 719-553-2669 to sign up to participate via Zoom.

If you are unable to make the meeting, you are also welcome to submit written feedback to the City Clerk's Office. This will be accepted in person at the Clerk's Office, located on the 1st floor of 1 City Hall Place, or via email at clerk@pueblo.us.

If you would like to learn more about entertainment districts and common consumption areas between now and December 14th, you can review Pueblo Municipal Code Sections 11-3-71 through 11-3-78 and/or Section 44-3-301(11) of the Colorado Revised Statutes.
