1347 E 4th St. Special Use Permit to allow a Banquet Hall in a Subregional Business District (Lauro Esquivel, LE Roofing LLC). A Special Use Permit to allow a banquet hall in Sub-regional Business (B-2 Zone) District.

3130 Granada Blvd. Variance to required architectural standards and screening (Ernie Pino, Pino Inc.) A Variance to modify architectural standards to allow for less than twelve (12) inch eaves and to modify required screening for rooftop air conditioning units.
