III.            Work Session

 

During a work session members of the public are welcome to attend and observe but staff and commissioners will be working on various code, policy, and project issues that do not require a formal vote or official public involvement. Proposed topics include:

  • Status of new appointees to the commission;
  • Historic roof material that is cost-prohibitive and vulnerable to hail;
  • Limiting the scope of administrative review for items that require a Certificate of Appropriateness;
  • Outreach letter to owners of listed landmarks and contributing resources to historic districts.
