The criminal justice records maintained by the Pueblo Police Department include activity occurring in the City limits only. Records of incidents occurring in Pueblo County or Pueblo West must be requested from the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office. For dispositions, please contact the court that administered the case.
If you wish to request other City records not maintained by the Police Department, enter a New Request and choose the appropriate form. If you would like to request Police records but are encountering difficulty, please email records@pueblo.us or visit us at 200 S. Main Street (Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. Closed on City holidays).
