The Food Truck Union of Pueblo runs every Friday from Noon-7pm at Mineral Palace Park just off I-25. It is the perfect place to stop while passing through or to take the family for lunch and a treat on a Friday afternoon!

The Latino Chamber Foundation and the Latino Chamber of Commerce are excited to host the 15th Annual Latino Lifetime Achievement Award Ceremony! The Ceremony will be held in the Occhiato Ballroom on the CSU-Pueblo campus on Friday, September 9th, 2022 at 6:00pm. The Latino Lifetime Achievement Award intends to exemplify and honor individuals who have exhibited continuous and selfless contributions to the Hispanic community of Pueblo in any one or more of the following areas: business, education, government, humanitarian, non-profit, philanthropic, politics, and social. The recognition also depicts the progress predicated on vision, dedication, hard work, and courage. The 2022 Latino Lifetime Achievement Award recipient is Mr. Jeff Valdez. Jeff is a Pueblo native and quickly became an inspiring and influential movie producer by earning various prestigious movie awards.
