
The Southern Colorado Safe Streets Task Force is attempting to locate two wanted street criminals.
Ryan Cruz (31) was previously featured twice on July 26th, 2019, and March 18th, 2022, is described as a Hispanic male, 6’04” tall, 212 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Cruz has three warrants for Failure to Appear which include the following charges: Weapon Offense – Possession of a Weapon by a Previous Offender, Aggravated Motor Vehicle Theft and Traffic Offense – Failure to Display Proof of Insurance and Failure to Report Accident - Call Police. His total bond amount is $55,000.
James Atkins (41) is described as a White male, 5’11” tall, 220 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Atkins has two warrants for Contempt of Court, one is no-bond, which includes Possession of a Weapon by a Previous Offender and Marijuana – Concentrate – Possession with the Intent to Distribute. His bond is $5,000.
