
The Southern Colorado Safe Streets Task Force is attempting to locate two wanted street criminals.
Adam Montez (38) is described as a Hispanic male, 5’08” tall, 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Montez was previously featured on the Safe Streets Program on December 20th, 2019. He has a warrant for Failure to Appear, which includes Aggravated Motor Vehicle Theft x2, Aggravated Motor Vehicle Theft with Two Priors, Eluding a Police Officer and Driving Under Restraint. His bond amount is $30,000.
Joseph Baca (26) is described as a Hispanic male, 5’07” tall, 155 pounds, with black hair and green eyes. Baca was previously featured on the Safe Streets Program on December 22nd, 2017. Baca has a no-bond warrant for Weapons Offense which includes Possession of a Weapon by a Previous Offender (POWPO), Felony Menacing with a Real/Simulated Weapon and Harassment – Insults/Taunts/Challenges.
