
On Saturday, June 3rd, 2023, at approximately 10:50 p.m., Pueblo police were dispatched to the intersection of Surfwood Lane and Pueblo Boulevard on a traffic collision involving a motorcycle and car.
The motorcycle driver and a passenger of the car were deceased on scene. There were no other injuries. The victim’s in this incident will be identified by the Pueblo County Coroner after appropriate notifications.
Pueblo Police Crime Scene unit and Traffic section are processing this incident. The investigation revealed that the motorcycle was traveling southbound on Pueblo Boulevard at an extreme speed. A black BMW was northbound on Pueblo Boulevard and making a left turn onto Surfwood Lane. The motorcycle struck the passenger side of the BMW. Speed is a factor in this collision.
