
On Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at approximately 12:42 p.m., Pueblo police were sent to a bank alarm at Sunflower (510 W. 29th St.) The male suspect demanded money. No weapons were seen. The suspect was confronted by bank security and ran from the bank. A short time later the suspect, later identified as 30-year-old, Josiah Scott, is captured by police after a short foot chase and struggle.
Scott was arrested on new charges of Robbery and Resisting Arrest. Scott had four warrants for his arrest, Failure to Appear – Robbery, Failure to Appear-Robbery with Weapon, Failure to Comply-3rd degree Assault, Failure to Appear-False Reporting.
