On December 18^th, 2022, at approximately 8:59 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of E 14^th St in response to a report of a person not breathing.  After the arrival of police, fire, and AMR the male victim did pass away, and the subsequent immediate investigation leads detectives to believe this incident is a homicidal action of another.
