Friday’s Johnson & Johnson Vaccination Clinic Cancelled

Johnson and Johnson vaccine

PUEBLO – The mass vaccination clinic originally scheduled for this Friday at the Steelworks Center of the West is now cancelled due to the Joint CDC and FDA statement asking for a pause on distribution of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Those who were registered for this clinic are encouraged to attend the FEMA vaccination site at the State Fairgrounds instead. Everyone who registered for a vaccine on Friday can go to the State Fair site at their originally scheduled time or anytime between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Participants will be asked for their information again since this is a different vaccine. Advance registration for the FEMA vaccination clinic at the State Fairgrounds can be found at: https://www.primarybio.com/l/centuramassvaccine.

The free Pueblo Transit shuttle is now running between the COVID-19 vaccination site at the State Fairgrounds and the downtown transit center at 123 Court Street. Individuals requiring ADA mobility assistance can contact Citi-Lift at (719) 546-2484 to schedule a ride to and from the vaccination site and their home. Citi-Lift rides must be scheduled 24-hours in advance.
