The Pueblo City Council will hold its work session meeting at 5:30 and regular meeting at 7:00pm on Monday, July 13th.
Puebloans should be aware that the session will be held in compliance with the governor’s health order for social distancing. The council meeting will be conducted through the Zoom video conferencing platform, allowing remote access.
Mayor Nick Gradisar is urging all those interested in the council meeting to stay home and watch it on Comcast government access channel 17, on the city’s Facebook page, or on the live stream here
City Council gives residents the right of public comment. In person, a sign-up sheet will be available at 6:00pm in Council Chambers. City Hall security will be taking the temperature of everyone before entering the City Council Chambers. If an individual has a temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or above, they will not be permitted to enter the chambers and will be encouraged to contact their health care provider.
Online, anyone wishing to participate in public forum or speak for or against an ordinance in its final reading via Zoom must call 719-251-5683 to sign up. No public comment is allowed during the work session. The signup will begin at 6:00pm and end at 6:30pm. A staff member will facilitate the participation in the council meeting, and you will not be able to participate in the meeting by telephone or Zoom after 6:30 if you have not signed up.
