COVID-19 Information- Parks and Recreation

Temporary closed

Effective immediately, the following park facilities and areas are CLOSED to the public in order to comply with Governor Polis Executive Order D2020 17 - “Stay at Home Order”:

  • Ice Arena
  • El Centro Rec. Center
  • Golf Courses
  • Auto Racetracks
  • Dog Parks
  • Tennis Courts
  • Softball Fields
  • Basketball Courts
  • Skate (wheel) Parks
  • Playgrounds
  • Disc Golf Course
  • Exercise Equipment
  • Horseshoe Pits
  • Bocce Ball
  • Picnic Shelters

All Park and Trails will remain open for walking, hiking, running and biking, but it’s important that we practice “social distancing” at all times. Parks will remain open during our normal hours from 6am to 10pm. Restrooms in Mineral Palace Park and City Park will remain open. Thank you and we appreciate your cooperation.
