On March 1, at approximately 10:05 p.m. officers were dispatched to the 7-11 (3522 N. Elizabeth Street) in reference to a carjacking. The suspect menaced and struck the victim with a handgun during the carjacking and left the scene in the victim’s 2004 Dodge truck.
