On July 17, 2019 at approximately 8:59 P.M., officers were dispatched to East 19^th St. and Norwood Ave. on a traffic collision with a pedestrian. The pedestrian, 62-year-old Robert Arellano, sustained numerous injuries from the collision. Arellano was transported to an area hospital where he remains in critical condition.
