City of Pueblo Puts Fourteen Parcels Up for Sale

The City of Pueblo announced that it is selling fourteen parcels of land.

City Purchasing Director Naomi Hedden says those properties are located on the Hyde Park and Bessemer areas.

Twelve parcels of vacant land are in the Hyde Park area and two parcels are in the Southside/Bessemer area of Pueblo. The parcels are zoned residential and available for sale individually or as a group of lots. Bids are due by July 12th at 2:00 PM. The City will review all bids and determine the most advantageous uses and income proposed for the benefit of the City and the local community.
