The silly, kooky, nutty, foolish season of merriment before the season of Lent celebrates Germany’s version of carnival.
Pueblo German American Club’s FASCHING is a totally MODERN party with DANCING to all-80's music with LESS THAN ZERO band!
WHAT TO EXPECT? Dancing Women’s Hula Hoop Contest (hula hoops provided) at 8:45-ish Men’s Booty Shake Contest at 8:55-ish Costume March at 9:50-ish Costume Contest (categories: Best of Show - Man, Woman and Couple, Scariest, Funniest, Sexiest and Most Creative) The ever-popular Glockenspiel Pot Dance Speed Bier Drinking Contest Lots of Fun WHAT TO WEAR? Costumes are encouraged. You could wear a Masquerade costume, a Halloween costume or your very own creation. Or just come as you are! WHAT IS THIS LIKE? This is a big, fun costume party - like Mardi Gras, Karneval and Halloween have come together and exploded! There will be random silliness, a bit of mischief and surprise stints. Plus dancing to a live band! WHAT KIND OF MUSIC? The band, Less Than Zero, will be rockin all your favorite 80’s music, all night. Come prepared to dance! WHO CAN ATTEND? This is a public event. Must be 21+
